This allows homeowners to save/invest their capital until permits are approved and construction is beginning. Sometimes it allows for homeowners to coordinate their financing options at the same time as the permit process. No one controls each municipality’s timelines, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way until that precious approval stamp is received!

We walk the home together, create a punch list, and finish the small stuff quickly. You’ll get manuals, labeled shutoffs, and maintenance tips.
