We help you design and build extra space that supports changing needs, growing families and multi-generational living. With years of experience working in Calgary and surrounding rural areas, we understand the planning, permitting and construction details that make these projects smooth and successful.

ADUs give your family more space and privacy without renovating the main home. We build garage suites, backyard suites and carriage homes that offer comfort, privacy and long term usefulness.
Independent space on your property:Ideal for family members, extended stays or future needs. These self contained units allow family to be close while maintaining their own space.
A flexible solution for changing needs:Use it as a living space, workspace or guest home today and adapt it easily as your family’s needs evolve.
Built for long term value:ADUs add purpose and value to your property while offering practical benefits for both current and future use.
Add the space your home is missing without giving up the location you love. We design and build additions that blend naturally with your existing home.
Designed to fit your home:Our additions are planned with structure, style and flow in mind so the new space feels like it has always belonged to your home.
More room where it matters:Expand the areas that support your routines - larger kitchens, brighter living spaces, additional bedrooms or a garage that finally fits your vehicles and gear.
A smart investment in comfort:A well designed addition improves both daily life and long term value, giving your home the space it needs to support your family for years.

Yes. “ADU” is planner-speak for a small, self-contained home on the same lot as your main house. Locally, people say carriage home, laneway home, garage suite, or backyard suite. Different names, same idea: its own entrance, kitchen, and bath—close by, but private.
Yes. We coordinate development and building permits, along with all sub-trade permits and inspections. For rural projects, we also assess wells, septic capacity, access, and service availability up front. Flood fringe, septic, well and other reports are provided as part of the pre-construction package. Every homeowner provides input for the drawings, then we work closely with the architects to ensure building code compliance.
Most garage suites run 6-12 months after permit approval. Our goal is always to have predictable progress once foundation and framing begin.
It depends. Human, pet and worker safety come first. The goal is to minimize disruption, keep communication daily, and deliver a clean, safe space at the end of each day.
We start with detailed scopes and allowances, confirm long-lead selections early. If you request a change, we price it before proceeding and adjust the schedule as needed. This discipline reduces drift, protects contingencies, and keeps the final number aligned with the priorities you set.
Rural homebuilding adds an extra layer of complexity to all utilities, deliveries and even some subtrades. This is where we shine because we have lived the rural lifestyle for over 20 years now; nothing beats first-hand knowledge and experience. You’ll see practical solutions - power, water, drainage, driveways - built right into the architectural plan. That fluency saves time, prevents redesigns, and results in a home that simply works.
